GDM Finance Manager

A licensed cloud-first personal finance workspace for budgeting, tracking, planning, and reporting.

What Finance Manager Does

GDM Finance Manager helps one licensed user run a personal money system from a cloud workspace: accounts, transaction history, categories, monthly budgeting, goals, bills, debt, net worth, CSV imports, and reports.

The first version is personal-use focused. Business workspaces, household sharing, bank sync, and Open Banking are intentionally outside the first release.

Start Simple, Grow Into Power Tools

  1. Create your first account and opening balance.
  2. Choose flexible tracking or strict zero-based budgeting.
  3. Use starter categories or create your own.
  4. Add transactions manually or review a CSV import.
  5. Track bills, goals, debt, and net worth from the dashboard.

Cloud Stored, Carefully Scoped

Finance Manager stores personal finance records in Cloudflare D1 under the signed-in GDM account that owns the workspace. API routes enforce user ownership on every finance record.

Finance content such as account names, balances, payees, transaction notes, category names, report details, and CSV contents must not be logged for diagnostics. Export and delete controls are part of the first release.

License-Gated Product Access

Finance Manager uses the existing GDM license and Stripe payment system. The app validates or activates an existing license for product code FIN-MGR; it never creates license keys.
